Ashery and her father, Daniel Ashery, cooked a Jewish Middle-Eastern meal for audiences/eaters. The performance took place at Salon 37, Home, London, 2005 as part of the Cooking Culture series. Curated by Laura Godfrey Isaacs.

The illustrated cookery book Will You Cook for Me? contains around twenty recipes by Daniel Ashery, as well as a specially written text and conversation between Oreet and Daniel Ashery. It is made to order as a one-off, handmade book.
